Paper Submission FAQ

What file formats are accepted for paper and photo upload?
Papers and abstracts must be uploaded as PDF or DOCX (maximum 10 MB). Speaker/author photos must be JPEG or PNG (minimum 400×400 px, max 5 MB). Do not submit URLs — actual file uploads are required.
Is there a word/page limit for submissions?
Abstracts: 250–400 words. Full papers (optional at this stage): 4,000–8,000 words including references, following standard IEEE/APA formatting. Final camera-ready papers are submitted after acceptance notification.
How does the peer review process work?
All submissions are reviewed by a minimum of 2 independent domain experts from our scientific committee. The review is single-blind (reviewers know the authors, authors don't know reviewers). Results are communicated within 4 weeks of submission. There is no rubber-stamping — every paper is evaluated on scientific merit.
Can I submit a paper without registering?
Yes. You can submit your paper first and register after acceptance. However, for a paper to be included in the conference proceedings, at least one author must be a registered delegate by the final registration date (August 10, 2026).
What happens after I submit my paper?
You'll receive an immediate email acknowledgment with your submission ID. Within 24 hours, your submission enters peer review. You'll receive the review outcome with detailed feedback within 4 weeks. If accepted, you'll be invited to present and submit a camera-ready final version.
Will my paper be plagiarism-checked?
Yes. All submissions undergo automated anti-plagiarism screening. Papers with similarity scores above 20% (excluding references) will be returned for revision before review. We use iThenticate for this process.
