How do I apply to speak at ICAHCR 2026?
Submit your speaker application through the
Apply to Speak form. Applications are open until May 31, 2026. Include your proposed talk title, abstract (200–400 words), and a brief bio. Our scientific committee reviews all applications within 2 weeks.
What talk formats are available?
We accept Keynote Talks (40 min + 10 min Q&A), Invited Talks (20 min + 5 min Q&A), Panel Discussions (60 min, 4–6 panelists), and Poster Presentations. Specify your preferred format in the application.
Do speakers need to register and pay?
Accepted keynote speakers receive complimentary registration. Invited speakers and panelists receive a 50% registration discount. Poster presenters are required to register at the standard rate of their category.
Is the conference in-person or virtual for speakers?
ICAHCR 2026 is fully virtual. All talks are delivered live via video conferencing. Sessions are recorded (with speaker consent) and made available to registered delegates post-conference. No travel required.
What happens after my speaker application is accepted?
You'll receive an acceptance email with your session details, presentation slot, and technical requirements. A speaker orientation session is held 1 week before the conference to test audio/video and walk through the platform. Your profile will appear on this Speakers page.
