Who can apply to join the organizing committee?
We welcome applications from researchers, faculty members, PhD scholars, healthcare professionals, and academic administrators. You do not need to be presenting a paper to serve on the committee. Any motivated individual with relevant expertise is encouraged to apply via the
Committee Application Form.
What are the different committee roles?
Conference Chair — overall leadership and final decisions. Technical Program Committee (TPC) — peer review of submitted papers, evaluating methodology, originality, and scientific rigor. Organizing Committee — logistics, communications, delegate outreach, and session coordination. Specify your preferred role when applying.
What is the time commitment for TPC reviewers?
TPC reviewers are typically assigned 2–4 papers to review. Each review requires 1–3 hours. Review period is approximately 4 weeks (May–June 2026). Reviews are submitted via our online system with a structured scoring rubric. The process is fully virtual — no travel needed.
What do committee members receive?
All accepted committee members receive: a personalized committee membership certificate, name and institution listed on the official ICAHCR 2026 website, complimentary access to all conference sessions, and a ScholarVault-verified reviewer credential (for TPC members).
How long does the application review take?
Committee applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. You can expect a decision within 5–7 business days. Acceptance is based on your area of expertise relative to conference tracks. All applicants receive a response — accepted or not.
